Journal Theme

For both LiveJournal and DreamWidth, my journal theme is the default one given. I want to change it, but the technicalities are too much for me and I get bored T_T Not only that, I like paying attention to how things look, so it would take too long for me :( I don't want the font to be too small or unreadable, the default theme will have to do for now :(
